They gave us good-sized studio suite with ample bedding for a family of 6. Location: the hotel was near shops which where easy walking distance, a fine restaurant and the centre of town...

Loved the Pukekohe Market, where I found the freshest produce, great bargains, and the kids were entertained. The surroundings were so peaceful, with beautiful grasslands and gardens. The staff were knowledgeable and made my stay comfortable. The thrill of the Holden Hot Seat was absolutely exhilarating!
Oh, just freezing in my room, with a broken heater, freezing milk, and a dismissive proprietor. So enjoyable!

I really liked how the hotel was decorated, with its cozy and homey feeling. The furniture was comfortable and everything was easy to access for us senior folks. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, which made it a pleasant place to relax.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff, especially for senior people like myself. Sometimes, I felt like the children working there were not attentive enough to our needs.
